All the features of HR Help Desk + plus:

  • HR support and consultancy hours to be used by agreement on any HR project or assignment the client wants. E.G.
  • Disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings
  • Settlement Agreements
  • selection interviews
  • Managing sickness absence
  • Introducing performance management systems


The minimum available is 30 hours per year for an addition £100 + VAT per calendar month.

N.B. clients have the life of the contract to utilize the hours, e.g. a client with a two-year contract will have two years to utilize the 56 hours of HR support and consultancy.




  • Help the business identify its skills requirements and draw up appropriate performance management systems and identify training needs.
  • Resolve disputes and effectively manage conflict when it occurs.
  • Help management to effectively communicate with and support employees when necessary.
