  • Multi user licences for access to 4 directories.
  • Store digital or scanned records including letters reports, e-mails, spreadsheets, Presentations etc.
  • One directory will contain an individual folder per employee. The second directory will contain all HR documents, policies and procedures; the Third directory will contain private company data; the fourth directory will contain payslips and pay slip history  
  • Additional storage can be purchased if required.

Pricing

  • £25 +VAT per calendar month for 1 – 10 employees (5 GB).
  • £45 +VAT per calendar month for 11- 24 employees (10 GB).
  • £60 +VAT per calendar month for 25-49 employees (15 GB).
  • £70 +VAT per calendar month for 50- 99 employees (20 GB).

100 + employees price on application

N.B. There is a 10% discount for customers who have subscribed to a HR Help Desk product.
