12 hours per active employee per annum to be used for help and support with operational and strategic HR projects. E.G. setting the strategic direction of your workforce and formulating HR operational plans that deliver the Company’s business plan objectives. Help to identify the business’ skills requirements and assessing what skills gaps exist. Support in developing and delivering an effective and engaged workforce.


Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm excluding Bank Holidays.

Advice given over the phone, by e-mail or online via the web portal.

Routine and standard HR advice.

Pro forma letters and other documents drafted for the customer.

Advice on any HR matter from a qualified HR Advisor.

Access to the PBS phone/tablet App from App store or Google Play.

Access to PBS’ HR calculators.

Drafting all HR documents and correspondence.

“HR Health Check” reviewing, and, updating all of your HR documents.

Writing an employee handbook incorporating all of your HR policies and procedures.

All HR policies, procedures and documentation will be updated in line with legislative changes.

Executive support with ongoing HR Projects and assignments, e.g. Designing and supporting appropriate performance management systems.
Identifying training needs.
Resolve disputes and effectively manage conflict when it occurs.
Help management to effectively communicate with and support employees when necessary.
